2019 Youth Advisory Council

Meet the 2019 cohort of the LA County Arts Ed Collective Youth Advisory Council! This group of youth leaders are passionate about the arts and arts education, and have a drive for civic action. They come from all over LA County, bringing a range of arts practices, arts education backgrounds, life experiences, and identities. During their tenure, these 23 council members took part in cross-departmental meetings to influence the future of arts education for youth in LA County. They also analyzed data and provided a crucial youth voice and insight for our new Regional Plan for Arts Education.
